Vita-Fem™ offers a Subscribe & Save option on all formulas. This policy describes how your subscription works, how to manage it, and how to cancel.

How subscriptions work

When you subscribe, your first order ships immediately at the discounted subscription price. You will be billed and shipped on the same day of each subsequent cycle (default: every 30 days). You can change your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, swap products, pause, or cancel at any time from your account.

Pricing

Subscription pricing is applied at checkout and remains locked in for the life of your subscription unless you change your product or frequency. Promotional pricing offered at the time of your first order (such as first-order discounts) applies only to that order; renewals bill at the standard subscription rate.

Delivery schedule

Your next shipment date is visible in your account under My Subscriptions. Standard shipping timelines apply — most US orders arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge.

Modifying, skipping, or pausing

Log into your account and open the Subscriptions tab. From there you can:

• Change delivery frequency (30, 60, or 90 days)
• Skip your next shipment
• Pause your subscription indefinitely
• Swap between Vita-Fem™ formulas
• Update your shipping address or payment method

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal to apply to that shipment.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect immediately — no future orders will ship or bill.

Every Vita-Fem™ subscription is backed by the 90-Day Results Guarantee. If your 90-day labs show no measurable hormone shift, we refund in full. See our Refund Policy for details.

Failed payments

If a scheduled charge fails, we'll retry automatically for up to 5 days and send you a notification. If the retries fail, your subscription will pause until you update your payment method.
